At Xitio PADEL, we work to guarantee your satisfaction with every purchase. Below, we explain our returns and exchange policies:

📦 Defective products or order errors
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, you can request an exchange or return within the first 5 business days after receiving your order.

To process your request, you must contact us with:

• Order number
• Photographs of the received product
• Description of the issue

🔄 Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for products that have not been used and are in their original packaging.

🚫 Products not eligible for return
For hygiene and usage reasons, returns are not accepted for products that have been used or handled, unless they have manufacturing defects.

⏱️ Processing times
Once the request is approved, the exchange or refund process may take between 5 and 10 business days.

💳 Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase or by agreement with the customer.
