π¦ Defective products or order errors
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, you can request an exchange or return within the first 5 business days after receiving your order.
To process your request, you must contact us with:
- Order number
- Photographs of the received product
- Description of the issue
π Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for products that have not been used and are in their original packaging.
π« Products not eligible for return
For hygiene and usage reasons, returns are not accepted for products that have been used or handled, unless they have manufacturing defects.

Once the request is approved, the exchange or refund process may take between 5 and 10 business days.
